DAI announces the first annual Hybrid Air Vehicle Student Paper Competition

Discovery Air Innovations (DAI), in collaboration with the Canadian Transportation Research Forum, is pleased to announce the first annual Hybrid Air Vehicle (HAV) student paper competition. DAI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Discovery Air, is sponsoring the event to help foster the academic development of Heavy Lift Hybrid Air Vehicles in North America.

Discovery Air is pleased to announce the creation of Discovery Air International Inc (DAII). DAII is a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of Discovery Air Innovations (DAI), the recently-established growth arm of Discovery Air. DAII has been established to expand Discovery Air’s range of specialty aviation services domestically and internationally, with operations beginning in early 2012.

Discovery Air Innovations Inc. (DAI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Discovery Air Inc. and Hybrid Air Vehicles Limited (HAV) have entered into a commercial agreement which identifies DAI as the launch customer for HAV’s Commercial Heavy Lift program.

Discovery Air Inc. is pleased to announce the commencement of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Discovery Air Innovations Incorporated (DAI). Consistent with Discovery Air’s strategic plan to create significant, long term shareholder value, DAI’s mandate will be to identify and capture large, new market opportunities on behalf of Discovery Air.
